Distribute the printable
Hand out the included printable to every staff member. Give everyone a few minutes to fill it out. Fill one out yourself and add it to the mix for some extra fun.

Read and guess
Collect all completed forms. Read each one aloud without revealing the name, and give the group a moment to guess who it describes. Reveal the answer before moving to the next one.

Tally and celebrate
The staff member or team with the most correct guesses wins. Offer a small prize to keep it fun.
