Things you'll need

Instructions
Set it up
Before the meeting, cut paper into strips or set out index cards and pens at each seat. Let staff know they'll be writing one surprising or little-known fact about themselves.
Collect and read
Each person writes their fact anonymously and drops it in the bowl. The facilitator reads each fact aloud while the group guesses who wrote it.
Tally and celebrate
The person with the most correct guesses wins. Keep a quick tally on a whiteboard or just track it by show of hands.

Additional tips for running this resource.
Leader Tip #1
Keep it low-stakes
Remind staff the facts don't have to be dramatic, just something most people wouldn't know.
Leader Tip #2
Pick a theme
Give staff a specific category to respond to, like "a place you've been" or "something you learned in the last year," for a more focused round.
