Print and hand out the questions
Print the included Would You Rather printable and give a copy to each staff member.

Have staff mark their choices
Give staff a few minutes to circle or mark their pick for each question on the page.

Share and compare answers
Go through a few questions together and invite staff to share which option they picked and why.
Activity variations
Adapt to fit your school's vibe, budget, and setting.
Whole group version
Skip the printable and read each question aloud. Staff raise their hand for the option they'd choose, and you tally the results on the spot.
Guess your partner's pick
Pair staff up and have each person guess how their partner will answer before revealing their real choice.
Let the debate happen
Run the activity as an open discussion instead of a quick pick. Some questions naturally spark disagreement, so give staff a minute to defend their answer before moving to the next question.
