Set up the coffee station
Set up a hot coffee station in a high-traffic area like the staff lounge or front office.

Add the compliment board
Place a board or blank wall space next to the coffee station, with sticky notes and pens nearby, or use the included printable cards.

Let staff know they can grab a coffee and leave an anonymous note of appreciation for a colleague on the board.
