Marshmallow Wars
A playful all-day staff game where teachers compete to collect colleague names.

Marshmallow Wars is an all-day staff game built around a single jumbo marshmallow and a list of names. Staff members try to hit their assigned target with the marshmallow to collect that person's targets, while watching out for their own pursuer.
Why try it
Add a playful layer of competition to a regular school day. Staff stay alert and engaged as they track down targets between classes, in the hallway, or at lunch, building connection through a shared game everyone can talk about.
Things you'll need

Instructions
Hand out marshmallows and targets
Give each staff member a jumbo marshmallow and have them draw a colleague's name as their target.
Track hits and collect names
When a staff member hits their target with the marshmallow, they collect every name that target had already gathered, and the target's last assignment becomes their new target.
Watch for catches
If a target catches the marshmallow before it lands, the thrower must give up all the names they have collected.
Declare a winner
The game ends when one person holds every name. Announce them as the winner.
