Set up your collection system
Decide how staff will submit stories: printed cards in the staff lounge, a simple Google Form, or a standing email request. Pick one method and stick with it so staff know where to go.

Invite staff to share
Use the printable prompt cards to get stories flowing. Sentence starters like "A breakthrough moment I witnessed..." or "A small success that made a big difference..." help teachers know exactly what to share without overthinking it.

Curate weekly or monthly
Review submissions and choose one or two stories to spotlight. Look for a mix of big milestones and small, everyday wins.

Feature stories in your staff newsletter, on a bulletin board, during a staff meeting shout-out, or on social media with parent permission.
