Why try it
Give staff and leaders an easy way to notice each other without needing to find the right words from scratch. A sentence starter takes away the blank-page problem, all anyone has to do is finish the thought, which makes it easier to hand out recognition regularly instead of saving it for big occasions.

Print the included set of five card styles and keep a stack on hand in the staff lounge or your own desk.

Pick whichever sentence starter fits the moment, from a quick compliment to a fuller note on the postcard.

Fill it in
Complete the sentence with something specific: what the person did and why it mattered.

Deliver it
Hand the card directly to the staff member, or leave it on their desk or in their mailbox.
