High Five Highlights
A staff appreciation activity where staff write quick shout-outs for colleagues.

A quick recognition activity where staff write down something a colleague did that's worth a high-five. Post the notes in a shared space or read a few aloud during a meeting.
Why try it
Give staff a fast, low-lift way to notice and name what colleagues are doing well. A quick note takes seconds to write and fits into any meeting or shared space.
Posting the notes publicly builds recognition throughout the week. Staff can see who's being noticed and what for, which keeps appreciation visible across the team.
