Connect Four

An activity to have fun and build connection across grade levels or departments.

Four people stand in a circle with a colorful rug in the background. They each hold a small piece of paper with an image on it and the images meet in the middle of the circle.

Staff each get a card featuring one member of a famous group of four (or five), then spend the day tracking down their matching teammates. It's a low-prep way to get staff talking to colleagues they might not usually cross paths with, all in search of a shared prize.

Why try it

Try this activity with your teams to have a little fun and build connection across grade levels or departments. Staff search for their group in hopes of earning a prize.
