An activity to have fun and build connection across grade levels or departments.

Staff each get a card featuring one member of a famous group of four (or five), then spend the day tracking down their matching teammates. It's a low-prep way to get staff talking to colleagues they might not usually cross paths with, all in search of a shared prize.

Instructions
Prepare the cards
Print cards featuring famous groups of four (or five). Make sure there's a card for every staff member.
Hand out the cards
Distribute one card to each staff member at the start of the day. Spread out members of the same group so they aren't clustered in the same hallway or department.
Find your group
Staff will spend the day searching for their group in hopes of earning a prize. Once a group is complete, they come find you together to claim their prize.
