Sticky Note Stations
A simple way for teachers to share honest feedback and ideas anonymously.

A simple feedback board where staff respond to a prompt by posting sticky notes, either anonymously or with their name. It gives every staff member an easy way to weigh in during PD days, planning meetings, or hallway stops.
Why try it
Give every staff member a low-pressure way to share honest input without needing to speak up in a meeting or write a long response. As sticky notes build up on the board, patterns and common themes become easy to spot at a glance.

Instructions
Set up the board
Choose a prompt from the included printable set, or write your own, and post it on a wall, whiteboard, or bulletin board in a high-traffic area like the staff lounge or main hallway.
Invite responses
Set out a stack of sticky notes and pens next to the board. Let staff know they can post a response anonymously or sign their name, whenever they have a free moment.
Review the notes
After a week or two, gather the notes and look for common themes, ideas, or concerns that came up more than once.
Share what you learned
Recap what staff shared at a staff meeting or in a newsletter, and note any changes you're making in response.
Activity variations
Adapt to fit your school's vibe, budget, and setting.
Department boards
Set up a separate board for each grade level or department with a prompt specific to their work.
Question of the month
Pair the board with a monthly theme, like a goal-setting prompt in September or a gratitude prompt in November.
Shoutout add-on
Place a small stack of shout-out slips next to the board so staff can also post a quick note of appreciation for a colleague.
