Sticker Sneak
A fun, all-day team building game for teachers.

Give every staff member 5 stickers at the start of the day. The challenge: stick them on coworkers without getting caught. If someone calls you out, you take your sticker back. The last one standing with the fewest stickers wins.
Why try it
Sticker Sneak turns a regular school day into a low-key game that gets staff moving, laughing, and paying attention to each other in a totally different way. It builds connection across grade levels and departments without pulling anyone out of their day.
Things you'll need

Instructions
Set up the game
At the start of the day, give each staff member 5 themed stickers. Explain the rules: stick them on coworkers without being noticed. If someone catches you in the act and calls it out, you take the sticker back.
Let it play out
Staff play throughout the day on their own. No facilitation needed once you've kicked it off.
Declare a winner
At the end of the day, the person who used all their stickers first wins. If nobody goes out, whoever has the fewest stickers left takes it. Hand out the prize if you have one.
Activity variations
Adapt to fit your school's vibe, budget, and setting.
Sticky note swap
Instead of stickers, use sticky notes with a short compliment or encouraging word written on them. Staff still try to post them without being noticed, but there's no "caught" rule since the note is a gift either way.
Team vs. team
Divide staff into two teams (by grade band, wing, or department). Each team tracks how many stickers they successfully place on members of the opposing team. The team with the most placements at the end of the day wins.
