Staff Self-Care Bingo
A staff wellbeing bingo board to help teachers and staff build simple self-care habits.

A bingo board filled with simple self-care habits that staff can check off at their own pace. Give each person a card to complete solo, or turn it into a shared challenge with a bulletin board the whole staff fills in together.
Why try it
Build a habit of noticing and celebrating staff wellbeing with a low-prep activity anyone can join. The bingo format gives staff a menu of small, doable actions like taking a walk, unplugging for an evening, or reaching out to a colleague.
Running it as a shared bulletin board adds a layer of connection: staff sign their names next to completed squares, so wins become visible to the whole team and easy to celebrate together.

Instructions
Print and set up
Print the included bingo cards. For individual bingo, hand out one card per staff member or share it digitally. For the whole-staff version, print the bulletin board pages and post them somewhere central, like the staff lounge, with pens nearby.
Set a timeframe
Choose how long the challenge will run, such as one week or a month. Share the timeframe with staff along with the goal: check off self-care actions as they complete them.
Collect completed cards
For individual bingo, designate a turn-in spot, like the office or staff lounge, where staff can drop off finished cards. For the whole-staff board, staff sign their name directly on the board next to each square they complete.
Celebrate wins
Offer a small prize or shout-out to staff who get a bingo. At the end of the challenge, collect completed cards and draw a few names for extra prizes to close things out.

Additional tips for running this resource.
Leader Tip #1
Check in along the way
Ask staff about their self-care wins during a staff meeting or in passing. It keeps the challenge visible without adding pressure.
Leader Tip #2
Keep the board visible
Post the bulletin board version somewhere staff pass by daily, like near the copier or by the sign-in sheet, so it stays top of mind.
Leader Tip #3
Gather ideas for next time
Ask staff which squares they enjoyed most, and use their feedback to shape future wellbeing activities.
