Instructions
Form teams and hand out the printable
Split staff into small teams and give each one the included scavenger hunt sheet and a team name to write on it.
Explain the challenge
Walk through the list of tasks and the point value attached to each one, then set a time limit for the hunt.
Send teams off to complete tasks
Teams spread out across the building to complete as many tasks as they can, snapping a photo or video as proof for each one.
Tally points and celebrate
Collect the photos and videos, add up each team's points, and announce a winner.
Activity variations
Adapt to fit your school's vibe, budget, and setting.
Grade level or department teams
Group staff by grade level or department instead of mixing them, so the hunt doubles as team building within existing groups.

Additional tips for running this resource.
Leader Tip #1
Set a clear time limit
Give teams a set window, like 20 to 30 minutes, so the hunt keeps its energy and doesn't run into the rest of the day.
Leader Tip #2
Collect proof in one place
Ask teams to text photos and videos to one number or drop them in a shared folder so tallying points is quick.
