Instructions
Collect photos
Ask each teacher, para, specialist, and support staff member to submit one photo of a small area in their space, such as a reading nook, bulletin board, or bookshelf. Staff can email their photo to the organizer.
Set up the guessing station
Print the photos and hang them somewhere staff walk through often, like the lounge or a hallway near the office. Place guessing sheets and pens next to the display with a clear spot to turn in completed sheets.
Reveal and select winners
Reveal whose space is whose, then choose a winner using the option that fits your team, such as most correct guesses or a random drawing from completed sheets.
Activity variations
Adapt to fit your school's vibe, budget, and setting.
Themed edition
Ask staff to submit a photo around one specific theme, like a favorite classroom plant, a cozy corner, or a desk treasure.
Team edition
Grade-level or department teams submit one shared group photo of their space, and players guess which team it belongs to.
Staff meeting icebreaker
Load the photos into a slideshow and have staff guess together in real time as a quick icebreaker at a staff meeting.

Additional tips for running this resource.
Leader Tip #1
Keep photos anonymous
Number each photo instead of labeling it, so staff have to guess based on the space alone.
Leader Tip #2
Mix up the locations
Encourage a range of grade levels and departments in the photo lineup so staff connect with people outside their usual hallway.
Leader Tip #3
Set a turn-in deadline
Give staff a clear day and time to submit guessing sheets so you can tally results and announce winners without delay.
