Announce the incentive
On the first school day, introduce Sundae Start Up using the included announcement blurb during morning announcements or a staff email.

Track daily attendance
Use the included weekly attendance tracker to mark each day a class hits its attendance goal.

Celebrate with a sundae bar
On Friday or your chosen end-of-week day, set up a build-your-own sundae bar during lunch for classes that reached the goal.
