Sweater Weather Wellness
A fall-themed staff wellbeing bingo card with cozy self-care activities.

A fall-themed bingo card filled with cozy self-care activities, from watching a favorite movie to writing down what you're grateful for. Staff mark off activities as they complete them, and a bingo earns a chance to win a prize.
Why try it
Give staff a fun, approachable way to prioritize their wellbeing as the seasons change. A bingo format turns self-care into small, manageable moments instead of one more thing to add to a busy week. With a mix of activities to choose from everyone can find a few ideas that fit naturally into their routine. The shared bingo card also creates easy opportunities for connection, conversation, and celebrating small wins together.

Instructions
Distribute the cards
Print and hand out a bingo card to each staff member, or leave a stack in the staff lounge for people to grab.
Explain the rules
Let staff know they can mark off any square as they complete it, and that they can write in their own activity on the blank squares.
Set a turn-in deadline
Give staff a few weeks to complete their card and let them know where and when to turn in a finished one.
Award the prizes
Collect completed cards and give a small prize to anyone who gets a bingo, or two bingos for an extra challenge.
Activity variations
Adapt to fit your school's vibe, budget, and setting.
Team card
Have a grade-level team or department complete one shared card together instead of individual cards.
Photo bonus

Additional tips for running this resource.
Leader Tip #1
Post a reminder
Send a quick mid-month check-in to celebrate progress and keep the bingo fun going. A friendly reminder can help staff stay engaged and excited to complete their cards.
Leader Tip #2
Keep the prize simple
A coffee gift card, a treat, or an extra few minutes at lunch works well and keeps the activity low-cost.
Leader Tip #3
Leave room to swap
Remind staff that the blank squares are there for them to personalize. They can add activities that feel meaningful, fun, or helpful for their own wellbeing.
