A woman sits at a wooden desk with a laptop, plant, and writing supplies on it. She writes on a piece of paper in front of a brick background.

A short survey that helps you find out how clearly your expectations are landing with staff. Five questions cover what's working, what needs improvement, and how staff prefer to receive feedback, plus a quick check on how often expectations should get revisited.

Why try it

Give staff a direct channel to tell you whether your expectations are actually clear, instead of assuming they are. It's easy to think expectations are well communicated because you said them once at a staff meeting, but staff often experience gaps you can't see from the front of the room. A short survey surfaces those gaps and gives you specific feedback on how to close them.
