Four people sit at a table. On the table are small notecards scattered. Each of the people write on one of the postcards.

A recognition activity where staff write short kudos notes for colleagues who helped the team succeed. It works well for ending a semester, an event, or a staff meeting on a positive note, while still capturing lessons learned.

Why try it

Give staff a chance to recognize each other before wrapping up a shared experience. Kudos build trust and morale, and reflecting on what made those moments successful helps the team recognize what to keep doing.
