Instructions
Set up the mission baskets
Print and cut apart the included mission cards, then sort them into three baskets or envelopes labeled "Easy," "Medium," and "Hard."
Kick off the game
At a staff meeting or in a memo, explain the rules: each person picks one mission from any basket and keeps it secret for the week.
Complete missions undercover
Throughout the week, staff try to complete their mission on a colleague without getting caught. If someone suspects a coworker is on a mission, they call it out by saying "Mission impossible?" A successful catch sends that person back to pick a new mission on someone else.
Report and celebrate
On Friday, have staff report their completed missions to you or submit a quick photo as proof. Share a few of the best stories or photos with the whole staff and hand out small prizes to everyone who completed a mission.

Additional tips for running this resource.
Leader Tip #1
Mix up the mission levels
Keep all three difficulty baskets stocked so staff can choose a mission that matches their comfort level and personality.
Leader Tip #2
Set a clear catch rule
Decide ahead of time what happens when someone gets caught, whether that's picking a new mission or trying again on a different coworker, so the rule is consistent for everyone.
Leader Tip #3
Go by department for larger staffs
If your staff is larger, consider splitting missions by grade level or department and seeing which group completes the most missions by Friday.
